The only reason I am giving the review two stars is because of the fact that The staff was very nice despite the hotel itself being in terrible conditions. The entire hotel has a stench from the moment you walk in and the hallways are worst. The first room I was given smelled like straight mildew and when I asked to be changed the staff member and GM made an exception and upgraded since that’s what they had available. Then the second room I was given the AC wasn’t working correctly And it got super hot and then cooled down a bit but remained warm. Throughout the stay my cards stopped working multiple times.

Website said coffee pot in room; there was none. A/C runs and was technically working but only blew straight out from the vent. The bed area was hot an no way to redirect the vent. The he reservation listed 2 people in the room but my partner arrived first and was not allowed in until they got my id. If that’s the rule then let me put both names on the reservation

Starting with the good. We've stayed at this hotel quite often. The location is covienent surrounding the family. This last stay was the WORST ever!!! The bathroom floors were wet due to a leak. We called the front desk to notify them and was told they had no rooms available and could only offer extra towels for us to clean up the water, the room had a foul odor, hair was in the bed and on the bathroom floor, there was even a rubber duck underneath the bed, (which tells me the rooms aren't being thoroughly cleaned) they offer continental breakfast up to 10:00 am, we arrived before the time as was told that breakfast is over at 9:30 am. The day before I got a few things at 10:00 am, and the online site advertises 10:00 am. The front desk employee was not very pleasant and she was firm on they were closed. Even though we had our grandchildren only wanting a granola bar! After taking rhem to Cracker Barrel, which is right across the street from the hotel... I get a phone call about expediting my checkout. We rushed back to clear our things so we could leave and we received another phone call from the front desk now saying thay are now going to charge me a late check-out fee. At this point I'm beyond PISSED!!!! After being inconvenienced, dissatisfied, discussted, with everything we experienced.. I head downstairs to complain about our ENTIRE Experience. They were very nonchalant. But when I told the employee & manager about ALL of our experiences their attitudes changed!!!🙄

Front Desk Staff was excellent and very attentive. The room cleanliness was not up to high standards and we were surprised to get just one little bottle of (shampoo/conditioner) for a (2) nights stay. We needed to go down to the front desk to ask for more.

The staff was great and very welcoming. My only issue with my stay was the mattress, it was horrible and the pull out couch was even worse. It is a shame because the hotel is very clean and the staff was great. But we did not rest it was truly very uncomfortable.

Shower was not clean - someone had wiped something across the walls that was the same color as the flecks of brown in the shower - and when I sent to use the hairdryer it was so nasty I gagged. Covered in what looked to be hair and dye. When I went to the front desk the guy was very apologetic and gave me a new one - gagging himself when he removed it from the case. I also told him about the shower, and he said they had had issues with the cleaning crew but would send someone - that never happened the whole week we were there. There is only 1 small shampoo provided - no conditioner. The couch was part of a sectional with only one piece - and it was ripped. There was only one remote so you could not watch TV in the bedroom and the "living room". The dishes that came out of the sanitized bad were in fact dirty. The wifi was useless - unable to work at all (unless you pay more). I wont be going back to this facility - and doubt I will ever go to an extended stay anywhere.

Had to find a last minute place to stay on a trip. This was disappointing place, room was way over priced, the furniture was worn out & tattered, dresser drawers opened by themselves. Full trash cans outside & morning coffee was poor and we really needed it as the landscaping crew woke us up at 6:30 - 7 am. The bed was comfy but that's about the only positive , would never stay again.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were a good size. The only real "complaint" is that the 2 bedroom unit only has 1 bathroom and it is in the main bedroom and not the common area. Other than that, it was a good hotel for the cost.

It's not a bad place to stay. Overall didnt have any problems but the furniture in the rooms is pretty beat up. Couch had seen better days with wear and tear and scratches and scrapes that comes with age.
