"I liked the place. The remodel of the basement was very well done great view of the water. But be aware it is a long way down a steep stairway. Also be aware that the place where you park is above the basement apartment down a short but fairly steep gravel path and/or another steep stairway. My wife and I are old and very unsteady on or feet. It would have been nice for us old folks if we had known what we were getting into. But it’s great if you are young. The owner was very nice and helpful. ...

"The staff was very efficient on checking us in. However, there was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower. The room was overpoweringly smelling of perfume. When we got there, you could see the daylight all the way around the door the air conditioner was broken to where we could not effectively Direct The airflow that being said the sheets were very clean and the beds were fairly comfortable. It was\nAll in all, a pretty comfortable safe feeling environment."
