"We had an enjoyable time at the Fairmont Hot Springs Resort. The positives are it's location within the Columbia Valley and all that it has to offer, the hot springs pools and the convenience of being on site, the golf courses, the friendly service and the relaxing atmosphere (midweek in April). The big negative is the general state of repair of the resort. The rooms are dated with worn furniture. The wood exterior is in need of re-staining. The roofing needs attention. Exterior doors to the ground floor rooms need replacing. The pools, while still great, are in need of maintenance. The tennis court is basically falling apart. Basically, this resort is old and worn and sad looking. However, for the price, and if you can look past the blemishes, it offers great value for your dollar. We would stay here again, at least in the off season."

"Our room was small but well appointed and very clean! Loved our outdoor bistro set, and the upstairs common area/breakfast room. Appreciated the outdoor barbecues too. Quiet neighborhood. Many rooms being renovated, so excellent is about to go to stupendous!!!"
