"Property is in a good location, but noisy with trains near by. Also, the house is more of a duplex feel, the owners live on the bottom and the top is rented out. The owner was there to greet us, but difficult to get a hold of prior. The house was clean, but def worn down. The house also smelt like smoke in the living room, which was unfortunate. "I rated this high overall, clean and comfortable rooms, newly renovated. Quiet. Nice staff. One thing I would suggest is to let people know there is still a lot of renovating going on when advertised on Expedia. Perhaps knock a few dollars off the price. It didn't really affect anything other than using the stairway. There was other work going on but I was gone during the day so it was fine. But overall, very good hotel stay for the price. "
