Family Fun by the Lake!

Find a sweet fishing hole or simply peace and quiet. Walk into Red Leaf 2 and find plenty of space to unwind!

You will enter to a spacious seating area designed for comfort. Kick back and visit or enjoy streaming shows on the large screen TV.

This unit is perfect if you are bringing your kids to fish. The kitchen is full-size and ready for whatever you want to cook up.

Easy access to Hwy 82 if you are passing through. Even easier access to Lake Chicot if you want to drop in your boat and see if you can catch the limit of bass, crappie, catfish or bream.

This property is located directly on Lake Chicot where the lake drains into Ditch Bayou. We have a boat ramp and docks that can be used to access the water.
Bonus: boat slips, dock, incredible sunsets, lake view from porch!

When it's meal time, you'll find what you need in the full-size kitchen. Of course the basics: plate settings, silverware, cooking pots, pans, and utensils are there as well as coffee, coffee pot, and toaster. The full size stove top and oven are electric. The microwave is small, but packs a punch!

Down the hall are two bedrooms with a full bath between. The main bedroom offers a queen size bed, while the second bedroom provides twin bunk beds. Beds are fresh upon your arrival - we do full linen turns for all guests. You will have more than enough towels, but if you want more of anything, just let us know!

Outside the porch is a great place to catch the evening breeze! There is a fire pit and a charcoal grill for your use. It is BYOC (Bring Your Own Charcoal.)

Parking is available next to the cottage.

You have full use of the cottage, the porch and any outdoor fire pits and grills next to the cottage.

You can use the onsite boat ramp to launch a boat. Please move your truck and trailer after launching so other guests can use the boat ramp.

You can use one of the boat slips as part of your rental during your stay. You are responsible for the safety of all belongings left out.

You have access to the docks on premise and are free to fish off them if licensed to fish.

There is a small covered picnic area that is available on a first come basis.

There is a fish cleaning station. It currently required manual turn on / turn off of the water. Please contact us for detailed instructions if you want to use it.

If you need to do laundry, there is a shared separate laundry building available to guests. Please contact us for detailed instructions if you want to use it.

If you bring a grill to barbecue must be placed on grass at least 10 feet from cabin.
