Fantastic stay at the Buffalo Guesthouse. It has a real home feeling. Lovely staff( real friendly atmosphere where you actually engage with other people staying there. Clean, well located and secure.

Lovely and interesting place to stay. We loved our room and the decor of the hotel. I definitely would recommend this one but just things to be aware of are-The air con was loud but this seems the norm for USA. The only reason we didn’t score this Hotel 10/10 was for the day staff at the counter that were reluctant to be helpful. Lovely property with good service

The place is brilliant! I think this new brand is a genius idea (I've stayed at two of the properties so far). The attention to disability is well managed, and clever. The layout of the room is perfect. Huge rooms but also just well thought through and comfortable.

A good central location to get around town and close to the RallyBus pickup point for Bills games. Very close to metro station to travel (free) down to KeyBank Arena for Sabres games. Complimentary breakfast is fine for what it is. There is a good coffee place (over winter coffee) around the block for those who are after a real coffee. Hotel very well appointed. Staff friendly. The hot springs after a cold winter walk around the falls was delightful (it even started snowing)
