"This hotel is overall a good, solid choice for a stay north of Seattle. All the amenities are there: breakfast, pool, exercise room, laundry, and several stores within walking distance. But a few cons worth noting: housekeeping is about a 4 out of 5 (attention to detail is lacking), and the hotel's entrance forces you to make a right turn when you leave which can be tough when traffic is busy and there is a railroad crossing nearby, which backs up traffic. That being said, I WILL stay there again!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was exceptionally clean, and every area—from the lobby to the guest rooms—was well maintained and spotless. One of the things I appreciated most was how quiet and peaceful it was, making it easy to relax and get a great night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with a nice variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from each morning. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and quiet place to stay with a great breakfast included, I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again!"

"A charming place with a nice restaurant, which was unfortunately only open on weekends. Coffee, too, was only available on 2 of the 5 days I stayed there and Index itself has little or no other amenities. I would suggest they put small coffee stations in the rooms!"
