"Our stay was good. However, the day we were checking out, we went to use the restroom on the first floor near the store and a piece of ceiling tile with a light in it, fell from the ceiling and hit my girlfriend in the face. "For the price, it should have been clean. There was dust and dirt on furniture and areas that looked like they were simply never cleaned. I would not recommend or ever stay again. "

"Checking process was smooth and the staff was very friendly. The room was just outstanding (entertainment suite). Beautiful sunset view with a wrap around patio. The stairs outside the room go directly down to the brewhouse. We loved it and wished we could stay longer."

"I did not stay there need a reservation they did not have a room to accommodate me and they were supposed to refund me I did not stay at your facility. Please refund my card like the manager said they would, thank you. I would have loved to stay it looked like a very nice place but unfortunately we had to find a different place to stay."
