"Room was clean and safe, but was devoid of even basic amenities:
No hair dryer, no kitchenette items of any kind, no electric plug near the desk, no ice available in the building, no breakfast, only 3 small pillows [not enough for 2 people]. The inviting picture of the lobby on the Website is absolutely false."
"The reason we choose to stay at the property was because of the indoor pool. We got there and the pool was out of service. The sink in our room had no stopper so things could just fall down the drain. We tried to give our child a bath but the bath was messed up. The shower and bath ran at the same time shooting water everywhere and the water was only scalding hot. I tried several times to have them switched and the part didn’t work. There was also a weird build up of black gunk caked on the shower head. In the breakfast are your choices are coffee or juice NO WATER. I asked if they had any and was told oh we can get you a bottle of water, it’ll be $1. I paid almost $200 for 1 night and you can’t put out water for breakfast?? If we knew this was the condition we definitely would have chosen somewhere else. "
"Hair in the bathroom and on towels, the desk chair was damaged with bolts sticking through (I did not notice this until after I sat in it) and needs to be replaced before someone is injured, the floors were also dirty. The continental breakfast consisted of 2 slices of bread, hot tea bags with no water and all the coffee and ice you could dream of. "
"Clean comfortable room. Wonderful breakfast. Egg Omelet , sausage, Biscuits & gravy, apple & bananas. Juices etc. Helpful customer service from staff.
*Im a lite sleeper so my cordless ear bud playing YouTube 10hr white noise eliminated road noise."
"Pros:
Cool room and clean. Good hot breakfast. Helpful front desk. Plenty of parking. No freeway noises.
Cons:
Hallway remodeling during last week of February with strong glue odor. Should be dissipated by now.
Low water pressure on 4th level."
