"This hotel was incredible. After a long day hot day on the motorcycle riding through the alps, it was amazing to arrive at this hotel. "No Mountain View. The staff was not understanding. The listing said there is a pool included. And yes, there is a pool, but definitely not included. Get ready to pay extra for that. Pay extra for everything . So yes, they have all the things on premises. But, nothing is included except your room. The room was beautiful. Very hard to understand how things work . It’s our first time in Europe. "
