I have always given Margaritaville a high rating. We’ve stayed in the hotel, villas & cottages. But this last trip we paid for in full at booking. When we checked in we put our debit card on file. When we woke up the next morning we noticed we were charged again for our stay overdrawing our account. It took a couple of days for that money to be put back in our account. Needless to say it put a delay & damper on the start of our vacation.
Also, our washing machine broke while our clothes were in it. They sent someone very quickly to fix it. We were able to get our clothes out but unfortunately we weren’t able to finish the rest of the laundry.
Otherwise, everything else was great! We will be back again and would recommend!
