"My stay was excellent. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The hotel felt safe, quiet, and relaxing, and the amenities were convenient and easy to use. Overall, it was a great experience; I would definitely stay here again."
"Everything was great except the shower needs a good cleaning. Lots of black spots on the wall. Not sure if it is mold or not. Get rid of that and it will be perfect. Very nice hotel. "
"This place is SO CLOSE to being a 5 star stay...but we stayed within their first month of opening, and you could tell some kinks need to be worked out.
Positives: rooms are very clean, come with updated ammeneties that you would expext from a Home2 property, plus the little extras that we all like to see: streaming apps on the tv, USB and USBC charging connections in multiple locations. Beautiful showers.
Negatives: there was some confusion about the status of the pool: there was a message on the website saying it was closed through mid-November, but there was no sign, and appeared to be in well-maintained, functioning order. No one on staff seemed to know what the actual status, and we had to ask several employee's before we finally getting a "yes", it was open. However, the pool was FRIDGID. I compared it to stepping into Lake Michigan. I would recommend NOT opening this pool until the heat is figured out.
There seemed to be some issues keeping things stocked during the weekend breakfast. It was not busy when I was there, and i noticed that Saturday am they were down to the last 5 creamers in the coffee area. I was one of the first folks down on Sunday, and there sat the same 5 lonely creamers. In general, all breakfast items ran low quick, and we checked a couple of times to see if there was a re-stock to no avail.
These are all leared rhythems to a property, and my family will definitely be back to see if they found that rhythm."
