Discover serenity at our newly renovated Lake June retreat in Lake Placid, Florida. This charming lake house offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a perfect blend of modern comfort and lakeside tranquility. Enjoy the scenic beauty from the spacious deck, take a stroll by the water, and relish the upgraded interiors that make this a delightful home away from home. Experience the best of Lake Placid in this inviting lakeside escape.
We have installed a mosquito misting system to keep away the pesky mosquitos, midges and other lake bugs so you can come and enjoy your stay and spend more time outdoors.
No smokers.
One small pet is allowed and must be disclosed in the booking. We charge $100 extra pet fee to allow for extra cleaning, sanitation and home preparation for a pet.
Absolutely no parties. There is a maximum capacity of 8 people unless otherwise communicated with the host. If the host approves, additional persons may visit over the 8 person capacity. This is at the host's discretion.
Lake June Pontoon has boats and jetski's for rental. After booking, I am happy to provide your party a 10% discount code.

The pictures looked good online but it was even nicer when we saw it in person. It's very nicely decorated and the back patio area, being right on the lake was very relaxing and beautiful. The great room was really well equipped for our needs.

Kelly’s lakefront home is beautifully renovated with many thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked with every appliance and tool imaginable, making meal preparation a true pleasure. The expansive lake views can be enjoyed from multiple spots, including the outdoor living area with ample seating, a gas and charcoal grill, and a metal fire pit perfect for cool evenings. We loved starting our mornings with breakfast and reading in the sunroom, which offers a comfortable table and plenty of cozy seating. The long pier and dock provided plenty of opportunities for fishing or relaxing in the afternoon sun. Our group of six also enjoyed the wide selection of indoor and outdoor games and puzzles. Communication with Kelly was seamless—she was always available and responded promptly to any questions. I highly recommend Kelly’s home to couples or families seeking a beautifully and thoughtfully appointed retreat in a stunning setting, hosted by a considerate and attentive hostess.
