Come and relax at our fully equipped Lake Placid home. It’s the perfect spot to vacation with family, enjoy the lake, or take in the crystal clear saltwater pool. Whether you’re escaping the cold winter weather or coming from the south to get away from the heat, our open floor plan home is the perfect place for you.

For those that can’t totally get away from work, or maybe are an aspiring author, there’s a bar perfect for laptop work and a separate room with a queen-sized pull out sofa and half bath.

The first bedroom has a king bed and its own master bath.

The second bedroom is furnished with a full bed and a full/twin bunk bed so there’s space for your whole crew, and also has a master bath.

The flatscreen smart tv is sure to provide plenty of entertainment for when you’re not relaxing by the pool or meandering through the town of Lake Placid.

And most importantly (in our opinion) the kitchen is fully stocked with the appliances and utensils you may need for any length of stay.

The shared solar-heated saltwater pool is maintained weekly to ensure it’s at its prime for your enjoyment and is stocked with pool towels and patio furniture for your use. The pool is shared with the duplex unit next door. Each home has its own patio space with a divider to maximize privacy, but there may be other guests in the saltwater pool itself during your stay (don’t worry, it’s plenty big enough to share). Be sure to let us know before you check in if you want the heat turned on so that you can enjoy it.

There’s a 21' 8" X 18' 8" 2 car garage to protect your ride, or if you prefer to hang out in the garage, there are automatic screens that can close to allow a breeze in.

While this house is all about relaxation, it does come equipped with a washer and dryer, along with pods for your use, should you choose to stay on top of your laundry. The dishwasher comes in handy for any family dinners enjoyed, and pods are provided for that as well.

We are centrally located between Lake Placid and Lake June-In-Winter, and easy to reach from Tampa (125 miles), Orlando (105), or Fort Myers (75 miles) airports. That also means a day trip to Disney from here is not out of the question.
