The hotel was nice and the room was nice too especially for the price as compared to other hotels nearby and location was amazing!! Just steps away from Times Square. The area feels very safe even at night. The staff was helpful and friendly, they stored our luggage for free on day of checkout so we could walk around NYC a bit more. I'd definitely stay here again.

Everything is as great! The rooms were nice and clean with comfy beds, loved the bar area and the food was delicious. Will definitely stay here whenever we come back to NYC

Check in process made me nervous once I got to the property, I could not get in unless I spoke to someone on a call or text. The checkout process was a bit abrupt because somrone knack on the door exactly at 11:00 am after I stressed the possibility of a later noon checkout but I felt asking made things worst because I felt they did not believe me about why I asked for a 1 pm checkout. Also, I lost my ID and crdit card on the properties perimeter and I was told that it was not there responsible to help because the card was lost near the front entrance near where Uber and residence were park. This could have simple been done as a courtesy because this incident was very very serious especially when I needed my ID and card to get on my flight back home. Other than that the stay was great and the residence was clean and beautiful and worth the value.
