About this property

Three bedroom, three bath upper floor unit with great views!

  • This three bedroom waterfront unit is located on Horseshoe Bend off Carol Road, by the water at mile marker 2. This condo has a nice view of the water from the screened in deck. The master suite has a king bed, walk in closet, private bath with double sinks, along with access to the deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an attached full bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds and access to the common bathroom located off of the kitchen.

    When you walk into the unit, you will enjoy an open floor plan that looks directly out to the main channel.

    The Falls complex has two outdoor pools, a tennis court, a basketball court and a small playground. The condo is located close to several local restaurants, a grocery store, several golf courses and different attractions.

    This unit is a no-smoking unit and no pets are allowed.
