The kitchen is stocked and ready for everything from morning coffee to a full family dinner. You'll find a coffee maker, blender, crockpot, and toaster alongside a complete set of cookware - saucepans, a stockpot, frying pan, baking pans, and mixing bowls. A full knife block, cutting boards, measuring tools, and all the utensils you need round out a surprisingly well-equipped space. A dishwasher makes cleanup easy, and the garbage disposal is in working order.



Technology



Two smart TVs with streaming capability keep everyone entertained. The living room features a 50-inch screen and the bunk room has a 40-inch smart TV. WiFi is provided through Spectrum, with the router located behind the entertainment center near the living room TV.





Outdoor



No private dock or grill is listed for this property, but the community pool sits at the top of the parking area and offers a refreshing escape on warm Ozarks afternoons. Note that no glass is allowed at the pool, and posted pool hours should be observed.

The community pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day - perfect timing for summer visits. Pool hours are posted on-site. Please note that no rough housing, no glass, and no boat trailers are permitted on the property per HOA guidelines. Parking rules are strictly enforced, and vehicles in incorrect spots may be towed.



Guest Access:

Check-in is a breeze with a coded smart lock. Two parking spaces are available for guests in the designated parking area near the pool - please park only in your assigned spots to avoid towing. Your host is available if questions arise during your stay.
