Excellent Home

Harshad & Ishita are an amazing host and will answer all your questions in a timely manner. The place is easy to get too and check in was a breeze. The place is really clean and organized and so much to do in and outside the house. The kitchen has everything you need and more and the two outside decks has everything to keep you entertained with amazing views. The Grill and smoker was also easy to use. The dock is spacious and great spot for fishing. Overall the place was amazing and I would give the place 6 stars if I could.

Lake House

House was well stocked with everyday essentials. Lots of bath & beach towels. But there was only one life jacket in dock box but to the hosts credit he had some new ones brought in. Also the ladder on the dock was pulling away. The house was a little dirty and two of the bathroom showers were pretty beat up. We did not use one of the bunk beds because it was unstable. There was a missing tv remote in one bedroom, and no batteries in the fan remotes. The kids enjoyed the pool table and video game very much, along with the kayaks. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing property and location

This property was a great place for our family of five. Ishita and Harshad's communication was terrific, and the location was perfect for boating, hiking and exploring the Lake of the Ozarks.

Stay far away from this place. It was not cleaned before our arrival. Blood stains on the cabinets, dirty showers, urine on toilet seats. It was gross. Also, the bunk bed is uninhabitable. I am surprised VRBO hasn't declared 5 Seasons an embarassment to their company.

Spring break getaway

Our family had a great time at the property! It was off season so the lake was quiet and we had our pick of restaurants and activities. The house was spacious and well-stocked with games. We enjoyed our afternoon beverage on the dock and evenings in the hot tub. Overall great time!

Peaceful Ozark Getaway

This house was a great house for our family to get away and have a relaxing vacation. We stayed 5 nights and had guest aging from 72 - 3 years of age. The house and the boat doc were both easy to access. House was very clean and created a homey atmosphere. Look forward to using this house again for future visits.

Winter get away

We went down for a weekend in January just to get away. There was so much to do with the extra stuff they have to do. We enjoyed a low key stress free weekend and not once did anyone get “ bored “. Also love that they have spices and coffee pods for us so we didn’t have to buy a bunch of extra things. Would definitely come back again.

Property is on the water but water if very murky so some didn't care to swim. Water toys needed repair and cleaning but were usable. Be aware there are LOTS of stairs but this is true of any place on the water in the Ozarks.

Connecting with family!

Great property! Parking was easy. There were six adults and we had plenty of room. The guys had great fun and LUCK fishing from the dock. The outside could have used some cleaning. Cob webs, dust and sweeping the deck. Inside was very well appointed. Views GREAT! A bit of an ant problem inside. We had lots of fun and relaxing.

Clean but needs some things fixed

The communication with the home owners was difficult because they did not respond very quickly before we stayed there. The check in process was confusing and I got everything last minute. The house was nice and clean but there were some minor repairs needed but did effect our stay. Everyone enjoyed the video game and other amenities. I also have not been refunded my cleaning deposit yet even though it’s been almost a month since our stay.

Great location

We stayed here for 4 nights. We had 4 adults and 3 children. It was nice to have two kings beds one with its own bathroom. The other 2 rooms were great for kids. The beds were comfortable. The main living area is below the bedrooms. This house had lots of good amenities such as nice TVs in each king bedroom and one in the living area. The pool/ping pong table was great fun for all since one day was a rain out. One of the pool sticks was broken and the ping pong paddles need to be replaced but we managed. There were plenty of towels provided which was nice. Our big complaint was that the home wasn’t clean. The floors were dusty and just generally needed a deep cleaning. The outdoor space is great easy to get to dock and the provided lily pad for the kids to swim on was such a hit!!

BEST STAY In OZARKS

I stayed at the property with my wife, children and grand children for a family getaway. The property is beautifully decorated, and we were very impressed with how clean the property was! We had everything we needed for our large group. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms were comfy and very well planned. The kids LOVED the pool table and arcade. We spent most of the time on the dock swimming and kayaking. They had all sixes of life jackets and the super large water mattress was a hit. We booked a pontoon which Harshad and Ishita helped us book. The boat was delivered right at the dock. The covered dock was safe and had enough plug points to charge all our gear. Ishita and Harshad were top class in their service and communication. They answered all our questions before our stay and checked in on us during the stay. They have put together an amazing guidebook and we loved food at some of the restaurants they recommended. It was too hot to use the hot tub but it sure looked nice and comfortable! Our only suggestion would be to provide extra propane tanks. We were able to get them exchanged at the nearby gas station which Harshad reimbursed us for. We look forward to coming back here again later in summer!!

Left after one miserable night. Not Stunning!!!

main floor was a basement. Low ceilings. Smoke alarm (just 1) went off for no reason and would not stop. Paint missing on wood surfaces. No real landing after steep front steps. Immediately confronted by steps going downstairs. First step down larger than the others. Big surprise. Hallway to 4 bedrooms narrow and poorly lite. Caulk everywhere was missing in bathrooms and kitchen. 2 bunk beds unsteady enough no one would use the top. Old carpeting covered over by area rugs. Shower pan stained and surround was beaten up. To hot to attempt fire pit which was located on a slope with chairs leaning. Relaxing?? Stairs outside house had no railings to help maneuver the large steps. Small balconies outside two bedrooms felt like riding in coach with no room to move. Not as pictured. Outdoor lights to deck not working Sloped driveway an accident waiting to happen car doors slammed and difficult to exit and enter car. Photos didn’t match the ones I took. I want my money back!!

All bedsheets and towels were topnotch and beds were super comfortable, we had one of our best sleep here! The hosts have gone above and beyond to provide all the essentials, cute towel decorations to welcome you, a very nice welcome basket full of goodies. They have also put in a lot of effort in putting together their guidebook with many local recommendations. I cant wait to come back here in Summer and enjoy the lake! We already pre-booked using the discount the hosts gave us as returning guests :)

Great deck and dock

This house is in a great location and has lots of space for the whole family. We really liked the Ms. Pacman game and the ping pong table. The deck and dock were great places to chill and relax.
