There are upper and lower decks on the lake side of the house, a large covered patio, deck area at the entrance of the house and another deck leading from the house to the dock. The dock offers a 12 X 20 slip, a large swim platform, and three kayaks available for your use for fun in the sun. There is plenty of space for parking and it is very private.
