Incredible View from this 3-Suite Palisades Lux Condo Screened-Deck, Next2 Pool!

  • Treat your friends and family to this beautiful, well-furnished 1,600 square foot condo at the Palisades Condominiums. It is conveniently located along Highway HH by land and Mile Marker 14 by water. The condo is close to everything you need for a great getaway - a wide-variety of area attractions, golf courses, nightlife, restaurants, spas, and shopping!

    The condo has 3 Suite Bedrooms and 3 Full bathrooms. The master suite features a King bed, a walk-out to the fully screened deck overlooking the lake, a large screen TV, and a luxurious bath with oversized tub and separate shower. The second suite bedroom offers a Queen bed and private Bath with a Tub/Shower Combo. The third bedroom offers Two Twin-sized beds with direct access to the third full bath off of the main living area. In addition, the main living area offers a sleeper sofa for 2 more... Altogether, the condo can accommodate up to 8 guests!

    There is one assigned parking spot for this condo and additional non-reserved parking spaces are located close by as well.

    Boaters: Please inquire about boat slip availability

    Our property is smoke free, pet free, and we have a minimum age for rental of 25.

    Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am unless otherwise arranged.

Have stayed here multiple times. Always clean. Has a wonderful view. The manager is very accommodating. The only thing I wish is that they would offer a discount for return renters.

Great location for golf trip for 4 adults. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful view from deck. Hard to see building numbers if you arrive after dark and tight parking, but that’s not a VRBO owner issue.

We loved staying here for our family vacation! The condo is beautiful inside and the view is amazing! The kids enjoy going to the dam at night and this location is very convenient to the damn and multiple other activities to do at the lake! The owner was very helpful and responsive to all our questions and having things organized for us!

the plave was very nice , we really enjoyed our stay, auowr close to the pool which was great, the only thing we did not realize was they didnt supply us with coffee, but that is ok because there is a store really close, definitly will be back, hopefully next year again

This condo is beautiful to say the least, it's spacious, nicely decorated and in a great area. This was our second stay in this unit. I love the large master bedroom/bathroom and closet ! It was just my husband and I this time but next year we're bringing our kids and their spouses for a fall getaway !!

Enjoyed a sister’s getaway weekend. Lovely decor. All bedrooms and baths very comfortable. The deck overlooking the lake was nice for fun sister conversation. Maybe a good idea to put the room number on the front door. Was a little confusing at first. Great memories were made.

The condo was exactly as described in the add. It was well stocked and beautiful decorated. The screened porch was our favorite part. Made for a perfecr Bikefest week. The entrance/exit to the condo.is a little steep for a motorcycle. But we managed fine.

Quiet and relaxing girls weekend

The condo was spacious with a nice layout. The big beds were super comfortable and the mattress topper felt like a hug when laying down. The twins could use a mattress topper. I was the morning cook and the kitchen was easy to work in, which is a bonus in a new environment. Having a coffee pot and a Kurry was nice for the different coffee requirements. The living room furniture was comfortable, but my favorite spot was the deck. Being able to sit and enjoy the sun rise and set with all the different song birds really set the tone for the day. Thank you for a beautifully decorated and comfortable home. We all agreed we’d rebook without hesitation.

We had a great stay. We spent the majority of or time while at the condo taking in the view from the screened in balcony area overlooking the lake.
