    Enjoy a front-row seat to the lake in this upscale 4BR/3.5BA condo at Monarch Cove. With space for 11, stunning views, a modern kitchen, and seasonal pool + hot tub access, this ground-level unit is perfect for big families, friend groups, or bachelor getaways just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip.



    The Space:

    This large condo offers four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, spacious living areas, a covered patio with lake views, and room to spread out. Sleeps up to 11 with plenty of beds and lounge space. You also will have access to a boat slip.



    Guest Access:

    Guests have full access to the unit, private patio, seasonal pool and hot tub area, walking paths, and nearby dock access. Parking is available right outside of the building.



    The Neighborhood:

    Located at Monarch Cove, just a few minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip’s restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, yet tucked into a peaceful lakefront setting.



    Getting Around:

    A car is recommended. Parking is free and easy, with room for multiple vehicles right near the unit.

The condo is beautiful. Great spaces. Exactly what we needed in that regard. Would give a 5 star review for that. But there were other frustrating things that popped up that kind of took away from the experience. The biggest issue was that I paid extra to check in early so I would have time to set up before the guest of honor arrived. I was supposed to receive info about check in one hour before check in time. This did not happen. I was never sent the building or unit number so I was just driving around. Eventually someone called to ask if I was settled in and I explained that I was not because I didn’t even know where to go or how to get in. 2.5ish hours past the time I paid to check in early, he was able to help me get in. He was very apologetic and nice. So I could overlook small maintenance things that required someone to come fix but the check in was a major problem. I do want to note that they refunded the extra fee I paid to get in early, which I do appreciate. So again, beautiful place. Rocky check in so just be confident that you have all the info you need prior to actually arriving or maybe get a phone number of someone you can reach so that you are not waiting for a reply to Vrbo messages in case of a problem.
