We couldn't find a place near the New Chitose Airport, but if you have a car, this hotel was convenient access to the airport. All the staff were super nice. I was looking for a place to buy a card box, and they found me an empty box from the back. "
"I loved this property! It was absolutely comfortable, spacious and quiet. Loved the view of the airport planes and distant mountains. It also has an Olsen to relax and just enjoy quietness. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Usually the last day visits to Japan, I try to stay closer to the airport, and I will absolutely come back to this place! I wish I could have stayed longer. "We had a very nice week-long stay at this hotel. It was easily accessible by bus and about a15-minute walk to the train station. After not finding a car to rent online, we were able to find one at the property next door. It is close to many places to eat and to convenience stores. Sapporo, beach locations, a main commercial avenue in Tomakomai and Chitose airport are all accessible by bus. However the nearby mountain lake was not, hence the need for a car. We stayed there because of the proximity to the ferry. The room is small but very well distributed with all comforts covered. The outside and neighbour noise was minimal. The breakfast was a delight each morning. It is a good base even without a car."
