"Very clean, and in a great location! Bed was comfy, and also the best smelling bed sheets I’ve ever slept in on the road. I do not know what they launder their blankets in, but I would like to know. Staff was friendly and helpful, would stay again."

"The staff service at the hotel was excellent from the arrival through to check out. We had a problem with the room with which we were initially provided, and were provided with an alternative, excellent room without any issues. Views of the lake from the room were beautiful."

"This hotel is more like a mini resort. The hotel and grounds are immaculately beautiful with top of the line updates to a historic building. The spa and pools are top tier and the gym is really well stocked for a hotel gym. Roof top restaurant has wonderful views and very good food. 10/10 would stay here again!"

"You can book, check in, and check out without ever speaking to another person… if that’s what you like, it’s great! We certainly missed the human contact. Otherwise, it’s a good place to stay. The fire alarm was triggered while we were here (no big deal, just an alarm), which isn’t a problem except the stairwell door wouldn’t open to the lobby without a key card even while the alarm was going off, which is pretty concerning considering a lot of folks didn’t have their keycard in their pyjamas at 22:00."

"Hotel Beaulac is in a perfect location for exploring Neauchatel. It is right on lake Neauchatel. There is a museum 2 minutes away. Both restaurants are excellent!!The staff are extremely helpful"

"Chambre petite avec salle de bain à l’étroit. Personnel peu accueillant probablement en raison de la formule self check-in. Hôtel correct et bien situé par rapport à la gare de Renens. De plus, nous avons apprécié le message indiquant la direction à suivre."
