The Hotel Schweizerhof in Bern is an iconic hotel right in the centre of Bern, within easy walking distance of the train station, shops and restaurants. We utilised the valet parking service to park our hire car and asked for the car to be ready the next day at 10am. Excellent staff who were so accomodating. We arrived near 10pm at night and were provided with an exceptional meal immediately. Friendly efficient and perfectly located hotel.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! We had such an amazing stay. Wish we stayed longer than 1 night! Our room was on the corner of top floor and had so much space and light. Great views. The metro/tram was literally across the road. So many restaurants in the area. The lady who checked us in was lovely. Highly recommend 5/5

We wanted something special after travelling for weeks on a budget and got everything we wanted and more. Lovely rooms, great pool, amazing food and very welcoming and accomodating staff

Great breakfast. Nice games for kids. They used to have a really good video game for kids but have got rid of it. This is a shame. The kids loved it. Nice area for transport. Good place.

It was a lovely hotel, the service was good. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was quite lovely and the spread was good. The only complaint we have is the the shower was in the room and it was very inconvient. The the room was too small as we had our adult children staying with us. The room was clean.
