"The Sanna Boutique Hotel is an oasis in the middle of hustling, bustling Arusha! Once inside, everything is wonderful and calm! The staff is outstanding, always smiling and helpful. They can answer any questions and get you a safe taxi, etc. The rooms are spotless , modern and beautiful. All you could ask for in amenities! The food is delicious and their service is exceptional. We basically ate all our meals there rather than try to find something else. Their menu should satisfy most people and I am sure if you wanted something special, they could accommodate you. Highly recommend the Sanna Boutique if you are in Arusha!"

"I stayed here on three separate nights and enjoyed my stay. The front desk was helpful arranging transportation to and from the airport, were extremely friendly and welcoming! The property grounds are well-maintained and the restaurant has vegetarian options as well. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tanzania!"

"We stayed there for a night after our safari as we were flying the next day. It’s ok for an overnight stay. Rooms are fine, not the best but good for the price. It’s just not an hotel to stay in for the day. We had to stay longer as our flight was late afternoon the next day. But you can see that they dont usually get people staying more than the night. They didn't have much on the lunch menu available. The lunch we ordered was very basic (pizza) too long to get it and when we got our food, it was cold. Staff hotel is nice tho. Good service. When you pay the bills for diner or lunch, pay with Tanzanian shillings or by credit card in Tanzanian shilling. Dont pay in USD, the conversion rate they use is not fair. We saved 15$ USD by paying credit card instead of USD cash price he was giving us. The rooms are clean enough, they could have clean the windows outside as it was very dirty, but for the price we paid we didn’t mind it. We are not very picky on these things. "
