For those that don’t want to pay for going out everyday, they have all the kitchen equipment you could need!And it’s far away enough from Seattle to be in nature, but close enough to stores to not be in the middle of nowhere "

"This property and hosts are exceptional. As wonderful as the description and pictures are, the reality exceeds expectations. You would have to work very hard to find something not provided and some detail not attended to. The kitchen has every high quality appliance and accessory you could possibly need. Never have we visited a property with a KitchenAid, a Tiger rice cooker, a wok, a casual and a fancy set of dishes, every size mixing bowl, every serving dish or platter required. The A/C and bath heated floors are all preset to very comfortable levels and you're not fumbling around to figure things out. The variety of items provided for young kids should take a lot of packing away from parents. Bedrooms are spacious and well appointed. Primary bath is awesome. No list of checkout requirements to keep you busy on checkout. A couple of minimal requests that we found easy to accommodate and would have done anyway. Everything is comfortable and beautiful. The outdoor living and view are picture perfect. Our family very much enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding and hours on end in the lake and jumping off the dock. Our three generations group all agree this was our best vacation ever and we all want to return. The hosts, Jason and Jenn, being onsite is absolutely a plus. Just great folks that are a true pleasure. Them sharing such a piece of paradise is quite a bright spot."

"We had a great stay at this VRBO! The view of Mount Rainier was absolutely amazing and the location was perfect for a mountain getaway. The pool table and hot tub were definitely highlights and made the trip even more enjoyable. We did notice quite a few critters around the property, but that’s expected in a mountain setting so definitely didn’t take away much from our overall experience. Overall, we had a fun and relaxing stay and would recommend it to others looking for a cozy getaway with incredible scenery. Unlike most hosts, Ruth and Rich are there for you when you need them, thanks for having us!"

"What a gorgeous home to call “our base” as we traveled with family from the East coast to a family wedding in Seattle! We arrived at the property to the magnificent view of Mount Rainier from the grand entrance/great room, several of the bedrooms, and outdoor patio with seating, hot tub & fire pit! Stunning scene at sunrise & sunset. The kitchen was beautiful, well-stocked, and perfect for our breakfasts to start our days before heading out for excursions in the area, and for returning end of day. There was so much usable, well-decorated, and comfortable space for us. Bedding was super comfortable. Having the 2 kitchen areas was such a luxury. Michelle & Steven were amazing & attentive hosts, answering any questions promptly and making recommendations to make our stay in the Seattle area much more enjoyable. Now that we have family in Seattle, we hope to visit again! "
