"The property was comfortable and cozy. It was right on the lake. The check-in process was efficient and easy. The town of Litchfield was literally a few minutes away and everything we needed for our stay was already provided. I would have given it a 5 star rating, except it was a bit chilly at night in certain bedrooms. Overall, we enjoyed it and would stay in this property again."

"Mouse droppings found in the kitchen and kitchenette. Lower level couch was very dirty and stained. The water in the lower level never got hot enough for a shower or cleaning. The second story wrap-around deck was unsettlingly spongy in places. There were so many stairs down to the dock that the oldest generation of our group gave up. The beach was rocky and the water was so filled with vegetation that the kids couldn't swim."
