The pool and hot tub were nice and the breakfast was decent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall very nice stay. Would definitely stay again"

"The beds are hard. The sheets had stains. Our towels did not look clean with brown stains. The shower had no hot water after the second shower. The first and second showers had at least 25 minutes between them. The hot breakfast was quickly out of food and it took a lot of time to get it replenished. "

"Heartland was rated a 9 out of ten, we gave it a 5. The room was backed up to the elevator , which we heard all night. Bathroom shower was small. Room had a smell to it. The toilet would make a noise every hour. Hotel needs some updates."
