"There was a commotion involving a guest who was screaming and crying about her boyfriend who had beaten her, and he was trying to get into the locked lobby when I arrived. He beat on the door and broke a portion of the french door mullion, he then ran off and had to be caught by police. The woman "victim" was staying just down from my room, and continued to make loud noises with her door open until after 2:00am. My door locking mechanism only worked intermittently. Handyman "fixed" it, but it still didn't work well - door would not open with three different keycards. Interior "hardwood" floor was filthy. Remote control had only a few features on it and I could not get a channel "Menu" with the small remote. Reception office did not know how to operate the TV. Numerous guests were loitering on the nearby stairs well into morning hours (2 to 3 am) smoking marijuana and speaking loudly. "

"Great affordable option for my work trip! It is as advertised, a studio apartment - similar to the size of a larger hotel room with a bedroom, bathroom and seating area. I appreciated my own patio and entrance. It was quiet and I wasn't bothered by anything. It was close to where I needed to be in WPB. Host was very responsive and helpful. I would stay again!"

"They did not honor our room reservations, we had 2 booked over a month ago …. And told us when we arrived we ran out of rooms , after we paid the full amount… and suggested we go to another hotel, much less money & way out of our way at 5:00 in Palm Beach during rush hour…. We missed our dinner reservation… we had to cancel our girls weekend… because we had no where to stay…. And then drive 4 hours back home at night… I had never experienced anything like this … and the manger was horrible, just said to bad we ran out of rooms … So I had to pay a cancellation fee to get my money back & they cancelled our rooms … I will never stay at a Hilton again & I’m a rewards member… such a horrible experience.."

"We do not leave negative reviews lightly, but this stay was extremely disappointing and did not match the listing.The home advertises a “fully equipped kitchen,” which was simply not accurate. There was zero cabinet space available for guest food storage. We were six adults and spent over 500 on groceries for our stay, and there was nowhere to put anything. There were also very limited pots and pans — none large enough to cook for a group — and no basic cooking essentials (no oil, no seasonings, not even salt and pepper). This is not a functional kitchen for a home that claims to accommodate large groups.The shower water pressure was shockingly weak. It was nearly impossible to rinse shampoo or conditioner out, especially with long hair. The bathtub did not work at all, which was unacceptable as we specifically booked a home with a tub because we were traveling with two babies.There were visible holes in the wall in the arcade room. The backyard swing set was broken, and the slide had sharp cracks that felt unsafe for children. These are maintenance and safety issues that should be addressed immediately.The bedrooms have no dressers or drawers, so guests cannot unpack for a multi-day stay.The biggest issue was the neighboring property. Dogs are left outside and bark throughout the night. Roosters begin very early in the morning and continue during the day. None of us slept well. "
