About this property
Cabin with Hot Tub, Private Lake Access, Kayaks
Welcome to Camp Riverbend, the perfect retreat after a day exploring the wilderness of the Western NC Mountains!
Nestled in the Hickory Nut Gorge of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the cabin sits on 3 wooded acres and offers a secluded yet convenient hideaway. The home is behind the gates of the Riverbend community and has private access to the sandy beach of Mirror Lake and crisp waters of the Rocky Broad River (5min drive). You can experience the the wonder of WNC and never leave the community!
Camp Riverbend is designed to be a launch pad for outdoor exploration and a cozy retreat from city life. Cabin vibes, modern appliances, smart TVs, and everything you need for the ideal mountain vacation. We’ve even got two kayaks for use during your stay, for a morning paddle on the community’s private lake, or trying your luck to catch some fish. After navigating the great outdoors come back to the cabin and listen to the wind rustling through the trees on the large screened-in porch, relax in the new hot tub while enjoying views of the rolling hills, bond with loved ones during a game night and enjoy s'mores around the camp fire. Borrow a book from our library and unwind while reading on the TiiPii daybed, or play a few rounds of Super Mario Brothers on the Nintendo 64.
