"I strongly advise travelers to be cautious before booking this property. In my experience, this place is not suitable for a vacation stay or for business travelers. The atmosphere and overall condition felt more like a low-grade motel than a hotel meant for comfortable accommodations. When I first walked into the room, there was an unpleasant odor that immediately stood out. The bedding did not appear clean—the sheets looked dingy and worn—and there were visible cigarette burn marks on the sofa. These details made the room feel unsanitary and poorly maintained. From the moment I entered, I did not feel comfortable or confident about the cleanliness of the space. Another major issue occurred when I reviewed the charges on my account. I discovered that I had been charged $451, even though the manager insisted he only charged $375. When I questioned the additional amount, he denied placing that charge and suggested that the bank might have done it. Which was not true. Horrible experience "

"A number of minor things like the shower curtain rod being loose, the door blocker being loose, batteries taped into the remote with the compartment piece missing, etc. Small maintenance details that could be better relative to other La Quinta's I have stayed at. But the price was also lower than many comparable hotels. "

"I had a horrible experience. I booked in advance and when arrived they have given my room up because I didn’t checkin by 6pm and we arrived around 8pmbut I paid for the room already. This was during a busy weekend where the furniture convention was in town and every hotel was book within and 1 and 10mins distance. We were lucky to have found a motel which was horrible and dirty but we had no choice e. This hotel left us in a city with no hotel, no other options and the night staff was so rude and they tried charged us and said it was a no show until I told them that they needed to pull up cameras and I was going to dispute it with my bank if they didn’t refund."

"We got to our room and discovered the tv didn't work and it was filthy. We literally spent 5 minutes there and went and checked out and went to the LaQuinta next door. The place was full and had alot of people loitering and making noise outside. The outside was not represented well in the pictures online. The hotel needs renovation. The only thing positive about the experience was the nice older attendant at the desk."

"Wow this place was amazing! Right on the river surrounded by nature! Close enough to downtown Columbus for shopping and restaurants but far enough away to feel secluded! Also, if you have a boat or trailer, there’s plenty of parking in the huge yard! Thanks for an amazing stay! Mike "
