Private Hilltop Cabin w/ a spectacular View
Perfect fall getaway for colors and cool air. Our Host was responsive and friendly. We had fast, convenient access to eateries, wineries and shopping in Leland, Lake Leelanau and Sutton’s Bay. A definite return visit is being planned! 3 adult and 2 dogs easily fit and the owner assisted with sleeping arrangements (already in place via a trundle and sleeper sofa) for our college daughter and classmate to join us mid trip! We had a view every morning folks pay for with trips to Sleeping Bear, Empire, and even Boyne Mountain; which we all did as well!! Thanks again for the easy booking, rental, and check in/out process!!

Lovely Home
We throughly enjoyed our stay! The home was extremely clean and very cozy. We had a lovely vacation! Very secluded location and just so relaxing. The basement was our favorite hang out area! Plenty of room for everyone and our pups. The highlight of our trip was seeing the northern lights! Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Property and Experience!
What a wonderful property! Incredible views, great amenities and a fabulous home.
The location is also fantastic. The property is totally private and feels secluded, yet attractions and towns are only minutes away. We had the best of both worlds!

Beautiful cabin with an Amazing view! Perfect weekend get away for our annual ladies trip. The hot tub was perfect with that great view of Lake Michigan. We had so much fun!

Peaceful mountaintop retreat!
Beautiful home and perfect location in leelanau county. Close to all towns, beaches and trails! Loved the remote feel and loved the deck and view was better than expected!!! We will be back!!

Leland cabin in the woods
Great stay in this beautiful log cabin. Wonderful view of the water and within a few miles of Leland and Glen Arbor.
Loved the quietness in the middle of the woods.
Like new appliances and everything you would need in the kitchen. Spacious deck to hang out and a hot tub to enjoy.

Incredible home, breathtaking views in Leelanau
My family thoroughly enjoyed our time at Darren’s property. Communication was thorough, but not annoying - Darren is a pleasure to work with! Check in was painless and the property was immaculate. We felt at home from the moment we walked through the door. The cabin itself feels authentically Michigan, but has a high end feel as It is appointed with tasteful modern amenities and appliances.
I will stress that pictures simply do not do the property or the views justice. The peace and seclusion of this place is special. We spent most of our time on the deck taking in the incredible sunsets and views of Good Harbor and listened to the beautiful birdsong in the mornings and evenings. We also enjoyed the hot tub and tunes on the Bluetooth speakers. There is also a breathtaking unmarked beach and dune walk at the bottom of the road that should not be missed. We have stayed at many rental properties in Leelanau Co. over the years and this was our favorite by far. Thanks again for a great stay. We hope to be back in the fall.
