"106 ac would not kick on. Room was hot till the middle of the night. No WiFi and tv just buffered on every station. Disappointing stay."

"The room smelled really bad. This La Quinta charges for pets, which was a surprise. We have been staying at La Quinta for years and never encountered this. There were no luggage carts available at checkout. We waited 45 minutes and finally got an employee to help us, who we felt obligated to tip. Breakfast sausage was cold. $183 for one night is too much."

"Roaches!! There were several roaches in our 3rd floor room. We checked out early because of this and the pool was dirty and the area by the pool/grill was in total disarray. Breakfast was lacking also. No one was actively checking the level of food or coffee. Asked for jelly for toast and she pointed to the honey. I told her not honey I wanted jelly. She said oh and open the cabinet and handed me 3 jelly packets. Didn’t get any more out for the counter. I had to also ask for the coffee to be refilled. We have stayed at the Staybridge branded hotels before so this is why we choose this one. However, this was a very big disappointment. Had to kill roaches in our stuff when we arrived home!! When we checked out the girl at the front desk said thanks for letting us know about the roaches. This is too big of a problem for them not to have known. I would not recommend this place at all. We would like to get our money back since we left a day early and had to get another hotel. "

"The breakfast was the best part of the stay. The pillows were TERRIBLE. They all went COMPLETELY FLAT when laying on them. Also, the rooms are tiny. There was no closet, just a rod to hang a couple of items. The hose for the toilet was rusted and gross. I'm pretty particular when it comes to hotels - not snobby, just particular - and I chose this one based on reviews. I was very disappointed. Not worth the money, and not deserving of a 9.2 exceptional rating. The front staff was very nice though."
