Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if planning on bringing your furry friend to Galveston!

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

On the main level, the spacious living and dining areas are completely open— perfect for large groups and families to gather. An entire wall of light-filled windows reflects off the gleaming wood floors and floods the room with natural sunshine. A plump, bright blue sofa, oversized armchair, dining table, and futon create plenty of lounging and socializing space. A flatscreen television is mounted against a navy blue focal wall— ideal for hosting a family film festival with a big bowl of popcorn.

An island with casual bar seating for two leads into the kitchen. Efficiently designed and professionally decorated, this small but mighty kitchen is a powerhouse. Packed with all the essentials, your whole crew will love to linger here in the mornings while waiting for the coffee to brew. Gorgeous open shelving, custom blue cabinets, and stainless steel appliances complete the chic space.

Tons of Flexible Sleeping Spaces:

Just off the living area, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and a twin-over-twin-size bunk bed. The master bathroom has wood paneling detail and a step-in shower. A second bedroom is the bunkhouse— with three twin-over-full-size bunks and a twin trundle bed. The bunkhouse also has a 4K 55-inch flatscreen television that creates a fun hang out space for the kiddos. Another full bathroom can be accessed from the hallway and has a tub/shower combo.

A Rooftop Deck:

The epic outdoor spaces include two sun-drenched decks with peekaboo ocean views. The main level deck space has an outdoor dining table for serving memorable family dinners at sunset. Upstairs, the rooftop deck is perfect for sunning or star gazing. On the ground level, there’s a charcoal grill and lots of lawn space for outdoor games.

On nights when you don’t feel like cooking, there are a few beachside restaurants within a short drive away. And for an exciting afternoon of fun and games— take the whole gang to Pleasure Pier. - One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 10 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
