Just of the back yard we have our privet Neighborhood Beach association ,
and the most beautiful sunset you ever seen as our backyard overlooks on it ...

If you are looking to rent a boat or jet sky or any water activity , there is few marinas within walking distance from the house .

We have to noted : This isn't a party rental property! . we love and respect our neighbors and ask from you to do the same .
