"Good afternoon, we stayed at Board Walk Inn & Suites from 4/23-4/26. Upon entering, we noticed that the floor was extremely filthy. Floors were covered in dirt and sand. The sofa bed, when extended, was full of crumbs and used napkins. The sofa cushions had questionable stains and had foul odor. We couldn’t use the bed or the sofa due to this inconvenience. We went to use the microwave, and there was unfinished moldy Mac’n’cheese that has been fermenting for who knows how long. There was not sufficient parking on hotel property. The overflow parking was on an unsecured lot. To further discuss these significant issues, please contact me. "

"We have stayed at this property a few times now. The rooms are very large and spacious. Everything was clean and well maintained. Check in staff and housekeeping were all very friendly and accommodating. We arrived several hours before check in time, and they were able to get our room cleaned quickly so we could go ahead and check in. We had a beautiful view from our balcony. The pool looked nice, although we did not have time to enjoy it. There is breakfast in the morning, although we did not eat at the property. I wish there was a little cafe, or snack bar open late, but definitely not a deal breaker. Parking is limited, and the underground parking is a little difficult with larger vehicle (Yukon), but not impossible. We would definitely stay here again."

"Plenty of parking out front, the rooms were really clean and the staff was really great. My only complaint was that the room smelled like smoke and when I left my clothes smelled like it. It did not smell very well at all."
