"in the first room had a broken water handle so was moved to another room. We arrived at noon on thursday was told to wait till 2:30pm to check in. Then finding after we unpacked had to moved to another room cause of the bath shower handle being broken. Our stay was till monday. Saturday night came back to the room and as i was trying to use the toilet. had water dripping on my back. reported to office mid you this is at 7pm. Came back we had to moved room again. so we check out was home by 10pm tired. so much for our extended stay Breakfast if you can call it that is very very basic. no frills"

"I cannot emphasize this enough: DO NOT STAY HERE. My stay at Studio 6 Suites Lake Havasu City was a nightmare that has resulted in multiple health issues. The room was infested with bugs and visible black mold. Since staying here, I have developed a severe stomach illness, symptoms of whooping cough, and now pink eye. I am heading straight to the emergency room upon my return to Canada because of the conditions in this room. This property is a biohazard and should be removed from all travel sites immediately. Expedia’s attempt to settle this with a small amount of "OneKeyCash" is insulting given that I am now physically ill because of their listed property. Your health is worth more than the price of a room here."

"Okay for a night"

"This hotel is in need of updating and fixing of the ice machines. We stayed in a king bed room and the maid service gave you enough towels and washcloths for just two people. They still only clean the room every other day and the one day they cleaned, they must have run out of towels because instead of two new hand towels, we got 4 washcloths. There is no safe in the room either, so no place to store valuables if you are gone for the day. "

"Coffee maker still had used grounds in it. Bathroom stool seat is too thin making use of the stool impossible except in standing position. Change out the seat. Ice water in the bar area was a very nice amenity. Staff seems "harried"."
