Great Lake Experience

Amazing Property with Great Host

We were extremely impressed with this property and the hosts. It was very clean when we arrived, had plenty of room for everyone, and had a great view of the city. I would highly recommend staying here and plan on it next time we are in Havasu!

Great location for ladies golf trip

We were four ladies in town for a 3-day golf tournament at nearby Lake Havasu Golf Club. As this property was located a short 6 minute drive away, the location was perfect. Everything went smoothly with check-in, and the property was spotless when we arrived. We all loved our great visit. If we get invited back for the tournament next year we would definitely want to stay here again.

Great Experience

Ian was a great host. We unfortunately had to come here for a death in the family and this home made it easier. Very clean and quiet area. Ian also sent recommendations for the area which was perfect. Definitely would stay here again.

Bachelor party weekend

Great house with a cool layout. There were 5 of us all we all had beds, and they were super comfortable. Plenty of room for my truck and boat and 3 more cars. I would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend getaway

We had an amazing time at this house. There was plenty of room for our group of 11. We enjoyed the backyard pool and bbq area. The kids really enjoyed the game room with the shuffleboard. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely come back!

Great family get away

Our family of 7 (2 parents, 5 adult children) spent a week visiting Havasu. This house was perfect for us. The house was exceptionally clean and Ian (the owner) was excellent at answering questions and communicating with us. We used the pool everyday and the kitchen was well equipped for us to make meals and snacks. The beds were extremely comfortable.

This property did not disappoint. The location was great and the property manager was very responsive. It was comfortable, spacious and close to everything. This home is beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. My daughter had a great time celebrating her birthday. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Havasu Property

The property was clean and complete stocked up with everything and more you could ever need, tons and tons of extra linens and things if you should need it, lots of extra soaps and materials to make it hassle free. Beautiful home that was comfortable and secluded and plenty homey while away on vacation, very friendly neighbor. Overall a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again! Planning on it again next year!

Enjoyed this property, just as advertised..many different living areas. After my Mom's 80th Birthday celebration in las vegas ,9 of my Family members and friend's (54-82 years old) enjoyed this property for 2 nights. Large lot with plenty of parking. Well equiped house , new appliances and great view.

We absolutely loved this home. The layout is perfect. You’re not on top of each other. Love how it has so many different hang out spots. We loved the fire pit. House was spotless clean, beds were comfortable. It was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!!

Sparkling Weekend

This house suited our needs to a T. Easy to get to from the event that we were attending at the race track. Pyrotechnics display. Three separate sleeping areas, each with their own bathroom. Perfect setup for 3 couples. Would also be awesome for a family with kids.

Winter Get Away

We enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. Would have loved to use the pool, however it was not heated (and NOT advertised as such). Had a slight miscommunication regarding checkout which caused a somewhat stressful morning, but overall a good place to stay.
