**Our occupancy count on this listing is 16 guests.. if you have a larger group and have questions about bringing additional guests please contact us before booking (The house is equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests with beds/linens etc.). We have the right to accept or deny the request and charge a refundable damage deposit. Each person after 16 guests is $35/night.
>Must be 25 years old to book, unless preauthorized with possible refundable deposit
>No smoking inside or on outside furniture - $500 fine
>Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices and music)

The neighborhood was great as were the views. The house was nice , clean and organized. But renting this house is all about the games...a play palace for sure. Having a pickle ball court was great ,,, and we played everything that was there, so much fun! We plan to go back!
