Would/Will return. The property is currently under renovation and possible new ownership. Lobby is unusable. The room was just fine. Nice big comfy bed and clean. Walking distance to London bridge.

The hotel is open during construction, so if that's an issue then I wouldn't recommend, but rooms were nice and comfortable. They don't have a 24 hr desk keep that mind, if you come in late you will have to pick up your key from the travelodge. Location is good, it's around a lot of food options and the lake.

The room was clean , check in was easy. Would have given a better rating if it was not under construction. The only thing missing in the room was a towel bar at the sink area.

This property has gone through a renovation and it was done very cheaply. The doors to the rooms(to the outside) are too small so you hear absolutely everything. The parking lot is a hot mess, and the front lobby….. Well there isn’t one at present. We did not feel comfortable or safe at Sway. I would not recommend.

I like the room. Very stylish. I asked for a second floor room and the hotel worker gave us the top floor corner unit with office below and no one beside us. It is spring break and we did not realize this when we booked. There are young ppl here partying I’m sure but they’ve done their best to make sure we’re comfortable

The renovations were a mix. Some modern things added but some items poorly done. AC are still old under window style and noisy. The rooms were non smoking. But there were ash trays outside each room and people just stood or sat there smoking and still smell/smoke getting into each room when a door is opened. Would not recommend unless things change.

It is obvious that the property is being refurbished. My room was clean and updated. There was an obvious paint drip on bathroom door. The lights worked as you enter there is a switch but there was also something on wall between the beds that had a and - that I was assuming was for lights but it didn't work.. The neighbors had several dogs in room that were crying, howling and barking. Glad I didnt need to sleep. Other then that the employees were very friendly and accomodating. Location was good.I would stay again.

Very close to the London Bridge and lots of shops/dining. The hotel is being renovated so the lobby and outside are still a bit of a mess but the room was very comfortable and updated. Very good value. Only reason I’m not doing 5 stars is the a/c unit started malfunctioning around 9:30 at night and there is no one in the lobby after 9 pm and no number for maintenance. Had to unplug the unit and sleep with no a/c but it was a nice night so no big deal, just think they should have an on call service if issues arise. Would definitely recommend and stay again if in the area.

The staff was very courteous & gave great suggestions for restaurants. It was very convenient to restaurants & shops that you could walk to. We were there for the Rockabily car show & so it was great. The walls are a little thin so you could hear people talking & snoring, but it didn't bother us.

Pretty clean overall, but not great. Noisy outside next to a buzy street. Walls are thin. You can hear everything. Tough if you need quiet to sleep. Still, remodling. Nothing extra for services. Food, drinks, etc.

Expedia doesn't stand behind their reservations. Hotel can reserve you something completely different and only let you know at check in and then still charge you for a room you didn't reserve. never again...

Door knob/Sweet shower.
The remodel has taken 2 years but the wait has been worth it. All updated and beautiful with the absolute oldest bathroom door knob that I’ve seen ever seen in my life. Update the door knobs. They only cost 5 bones. I’ll bring one the next time I’m down and swap it out for you. I loved the shower!!
