  • Beautiful Lake views and Amazing Sunsets. Enjoy the private patio, and sunset point with night fires to enjoy friends and music. Private entrance, double sliders to patio and lake views from the fully furnished living room. Fully stocked kitchen amenities. Large bathroom with a walk in shower. Separate bedroom with sleep number king size bed. Sofa Sleeper with queen 5" mattress. Casual Dining table inside and outside. Boat Parking is available. Just minutes to the lake, beautiful Rotary Park(shown in pictures) and downtown. Easy access to the desert for off road fun too. Quiet Cul-de-sac location, our Sunset Point Villa is connected to our hot rod garage (you may see some awesome cars and boats in and out)
