- Discover this terrific 2-bedroom gem in Lake Havasu City. This enjoyable condo features 2 queen beds, 2 bathrooms with showers, and essential amenities like a washing machine, AC, heating, iron, and WiFi. The cool vibe of this place will make guests feel right at home. This space features a full house water filtration system, all new furnishings, new pots/pans, new appliances, new mattresses, new bedding linens and towels. The property has an outdoor pool, spa, lounge chairs, covered gazebo with gas BBQ grills, tables and chairs. A perfect snowbird escape for guests 55 years and older. Sorry, no pets. We look forward to hosting you at our place. Walk to all the bars, restaurants, grocery markets, hardware store, bowling alley… two minutes from Main Street

Clean and very comfortable. Convenient covered parking space and tons of safe street parking for our boat and attached truck. Perfectly located midtown, minutes to the water and walking distance from the bars and shops downtown. We will definitely stay here again!
