Guests have full private access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the game room and living areas, the kitchen and dining space, and the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Outdoor patio areas and the enclosed backyard are also available for guest use.



On-site parking includes a 25x40’ dedicated boat/RV pad with easy pull-in and pull-out access, ideal for trucks, trailers, and off-road vehicles. A two-car garage is also available for guest use.

• Boat, trailer, and RV parking is provided on the 25x40’ pull-through pad; please park only in designated areas

• Garage remote is provided; lost or unreturned remotes incur a $100 replacement/reprogramming fee
