Bring the whole family to this Lake Havasu beauty steps from the water! Plenty of parking, a private beach and resort amenities at Sam’s Beachcomber Resort. Private gated community with pool, spa, private launch ramp, recreation center, pool table, 24/7 security and gorgeous water views! Golf cart included with rental. Resort requires sublease contract and $50 fee for boat access. May be available for monthly reservations as well in the winter. Message host for monthly reservation information. Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Lake Havasu City. This lovely property boasts 2 bedrooms, including ceiling fans, a king bed and a queen bed. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with amenities. In addition to the cozy bedrooms, there is an additional full kitchen, dining area and living room space with a ceiling fan and comfortable queen sofa bed.
