This gorgeous lake home offers three large bedrooms and two bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, game room including a pool table, ping pong, foosball ball, hockey table, dart board and large connect four game, cozy living room with cable t.v., Wi-Fi, spacious outdoor patio with ample seating, grill with gas hookup, water softener, RO water system and access to 7'Hx 10'W x30'D garage parking.
Location...Location...Location! 2 miles to lake beaches, 2.5 miles to Old Downtown Havasu bars, restaurants and night life, and 3 miles to Lake Havasu Marina.

Amazing Stay
My family and I were very satisfy and happy with the stay. We loved the decor and games that were available to entertain the kids. Amenities were perfect and have all that we need during our week long stay with a fully stocked kitchen. Pool and spa was amazing and gorgeous. It is just minutes from the lake/beach, local stores, restaurants, and the London Bridge.
Property owners were very communicative and had check in with us to ensure everything was great the first couple of days, which we do not mind.
Looking forward to book again in the near future.

Everything about our stay was amazing! The home is beautiful, clean, spacious, and just as pictured. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect. Kitchen was equipped with literally everything you need. We went grocery shopping at Smiths, which was nearby and cooked most of our meals at the property. The lake and restaurants were less than 10 mins away and the hosts were great. Would definitely recommend.
