Do not turn AC below 68 in hot summer months as it will freeze the condenser. Take out kitchen garbage to blue dumpster on-site at the complex.
Upon departure lock back slider and return pool key to kitchen. If not returned there will be a $50 charge.
Do not park behind garage (unloading/loading only). Additional or oversized vehicles may be parked on the street or in visitor parking.
