Fresh look condo on the 4th floor of the Kingsview complex. Walk down stairs to the lake front & relax on the lake or take a stroll on the boardwalk that leads to the London Bridge and Rotary Park. The master bedroom features a King bed, flat screen T.V. and a master bath with tub/shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Large balcony with patio set & propane BBQ. One of the best spots on Lake Havasu -It's really all about the location!! Kitchen is fully stocked to cook or BBQ outside on the covered balcony. Master bath has a washer and dryer.

The condo is gated with garage parking for cars or trucks, and limited spots for boat parking in the gated parking area. They is a security guard that patrols during the night to ensure no property is taken from the parking structure or boat parking area. Additional boat parking is available across the street as well. There are 2 boat launch sites within a 5 min drive, and you can park your boat on the beach during the day. Take breaks in the A/C or make a few more drinks to enjoy.

This condo is walking distance to multiple restaurants and bars. One of the best steak houses is steps from the condo, with a great wine selection. This is the place to be in Lake Havasu!!

Awesome room, minor appliance issues

Room was awesome. We loved the patio. However, the blender broke when using for salsa right away. Not sure if it was on last leg. But everything else was great!

Fun getaway

Overall, we had an amazing time. Property in excellent location. Condo is beautiful, updated. Only minor issues like toilet in master bath not flushing all the time, must be a pipe issue as the water in the tank not filling up quickly. Freezer is really dirty. Dust in headboards. Lots of hair on guest bed like place not cleaned. Paxdleboard a sweet surprise!

Fun stay!!

We loved the location! Also the place was clean and nice. We grilled out and hung out on the nice big patio. We took an extra day because we had so much fun. Oh ya the pool is nice also.

Lake Havasu condo

Perfect condo for us. We go to the bluegrass festival and we could walk there in a few minutes. It’s also a short walk to the Bridge area. Very comfortable and clean. Good views of sunsets and sunrises. Host rapidly responded to questions.

Lots of space for a large group, could be a little better maintained. If it was cleaned thoroughly would easily be 5 stars. Wish the hot tub was working but the sauna was lovely. Would still come back.

Family Fun.

Great location, close to the water which made it convenient moving items to and from the beach area. Close access to the launch ramp if you have a boat. Every detail given in the property description is accurate. I will recommend this property to family and friends. The owner was very helpful and made sure he kept me updated and answered any questions I had promptly.
