Best Location in Havasu ON THE BEACH!

Recently remodeled, beautifully decorated, fully furnished, 'King's View Resort' beach level condo on the first floor, just a few steps from the sand. Stunning, spectacular views of the London Bridge, the beach, the lake, and the channel, are seen from large windows, both master bedrooms, and the two covered patios. During the day, park your boat on the beach right in front of the condo!

Relax on the sand or patio, and enjoy the parade of boats in front of you. Step inside this well insulated dream condo and enjoy the peace and quiet of the condo with 55" smart TV with DVR . TVs are provided in both bedrooms as well.

There are only a few of these beach level units! They have larger kitchens than the upper units and have two master suites complete with large vanities with double sinks, ample storage, and sliders that lead to the covered furnished patios with ceiling fans.

The kitchen is fully appointed and has a breakfast bar that seats four.

Amenities include stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, microwave, fridge with ice maker and filtered water, dishwasher, full appointment of dishes, wine glasses, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, washer, dryer, and propane barbecue. Very comfortable beds in both bedrooms. Air mattresses, pump, sleeping bags for the kids are provided. Condo is supplied with toilet paper, trash bags, laundry, dish, and bathroom soap, and linens.

Enjoy the heated (January through March) pool or step out to the sand and water to enjoy the lake. There are several boat launch ramps just minutes away.

Stroll along the waterfront walkway to the English Village, London Bridge, marina, restaurants, theaters, and nightclubs, or simply walk across the bridge for more dining, entertainment, and shopping.

Signing renter must be 26 years old.

Perfect again!

This is our 2nd stay at this place and it was as awesome as we remembered. Clean and had everything we needed. Located just at the end of the channel, we had great views and wonderful food and cocktails just a short walk away. And, of course, a great view of the London Bridge! Love it all!!

Beautiful & Relaxing

Kingsview Condo is a perfect place to stay. Beautiful views, and relaxing. Able to walk to many places to eat, loved the walking path for morning walks. Our condo was clean and had just what you need for your stay. Cousins came to visit and with two master bedrooms and baths it is perfect. Hosts were great to work with and very friendly with lots of recommendations of where to eat and what to do. Great instructions for check in and checking out! Hope to be back someday!

Lake Havasu City King's condo

Wonderful stay. Well-designed condo, perfect for 2 couples. The unit was well stocked with paper products, coffee pods and dishwasher and dish washer detergent. This condo is in the perfect location for walking to the London Bridge area, boat and people watching. Several nice restaurants close by. The condo pool is the perfect size and location (2nd floor, lots of afternoon sun) for lounging and watching the boat traffic on the canal. We loved our stay in Kings View #106!

Havasu!

The condo was fantastic! Felt new and clean and had all sorts of useful extras in the kitchen and bedrooms (extra blankets, mattresses for the kids, etc.). Split master floor plan is very convenient. Ground floor is great for access to the beach. Can't wait for next year! :)

Perfect for walking

We parked our car and walked everywhere! This location was so perfect for us with school age to teen kids. Restaurants, beaches, grocery stores, walks in the morning, even playgrounds could be found Within a 20-30 min walk. Great property that was maintained well and had good supplies. Beds were comfy and had extra bedding for kids stuff. Kitchen stocked with just what we needed. Chairs for the beach, and patio sets. Only 3 beach towels, but that was fine. Would happily stay here again.

Nice Unit

Our stay here was okay. Had some issues with the air conditioning unit for the first couple of days but later fixed. The owner was kind enough to have some fans brought over to hold us over until the A/C was fixed. This unit unfortunately didn't have any ceiling fans. The bathroom shower in one of the bedrooms should be fixed as well. Careful with the shower head, it will hit you in the head if you don't put it on correctly. If you're looking to barbecue, I'd check to see if they have upgraded their grill. It's a bit outdated and should be replaced with another one. Other than that, the kitchen upgrades are great, beds are comfortable, furniture was well taken care of and the washer and dryers worked out just fine. Plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. It's a nice looking unit but I probably wouldn't stay here again due to there not being any ceiling fans. I hope you guys add those in the future. Thanks for the hospitality!

Faulty unit with shady owner

I regret to say that our experience at the condo was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we encountered multiple issues, including a leaking kitchen faucet, a dripping air conditioner unit, and a broken toilet with a faulty handle with a note on it that read “please jiggle if running” that caused a significant flood in both the bathroom and bedroom. When we discovered the bedroom was flooded, we immediately contacted the owner and requested a cleaning crew to cleanup the toilet water and sanitize the unit. Instead of addressing our urgent concerns, the owner sent a water damage company to inspect the damages, completely ignoring our immediate need for cleanup. This response was not only inconsiderate but also incredibly rude. To make matters worse, during our conversation with the owner, we were shocked to learn that they were already aware of the broken kitchen faucet and toilet handle yet still rented out the faulty unit. My husband and I ended up spending two hours mopping the floors ourselves, using all the towels we had, and were left with no means to sanitize the room—all of this happened at 10:30 PM. Overall, this stay was far from what we expected, and the host's lack of care made the experience even worse. Not to mention, the property owners are now attempting a fraudulent insurance claim on a policy I purchased prior to renting the unit, charging for all these faulty items accusing us as if we were the ones at fault. I would advise against booking!

This condo is perfectly located in front of the beach with beautiful views. The hosts did not forget anything to make your vacation pleasant.
