  • Beautiful 3 bed 2 bath single home, minutes from the lake, ready for you to relax and make great memories. As you arrive you will notice the large RV/Boat garage parking. The home is located on the south side of Lake Havasu close to markets and the Downtown Havasu area where there are great restaurants. We welcome your fur family upon approval with an additional pet fee.
