The fully equipped kitchen has full-size appliances, an ice maker, a coffee maker, a kitchen island, and a dining table, so group meals and lake-day snacks are easy. The game room is a second hangout space with a pool table, TV, lounge seating, and a queen sofa bed. Out back, swim in the private pool, soak in the hot tub, practice on the putting green, grill under the covered patio, and gather around the fire pit after sunset. In summer it's a classic Havasu pool-and-boating base; in winter, the mild weather makes it a comfortable snowbird retreat.
